Titanium Grade 3 is primarily composed of titanium (≥99.2%), along with trace amounts of iron (≤0.30%), oxygen (≤0.35%), carbon (≤0.08%), nitrogen (≤0.05%), and hydrogen (≤0.015%). It boasts excellent corrosion resistance and moderate strength among commercially pure titanium grades. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of about 450 MPa, yield strength of around 380 MPa, an elongation of 25%, and a density of 4.51 g/cm³. Thanks to its good formability, weldability, and biocompatibility, it’s a fantastic choice for critical engineering and medical applications.
